2.6 – 5.4	The numbers. 180 → 160, 20 lbs in 12 weeks, on the orange.
5.4 – 8.4	Who she is. "She just finished my last cut group. These are her words, not mine."
8.4 – 19.6	Her words. Three of Karlee's lines, one per card, cream → dark → pink so the middle never flattens out.
19.6 – 23.8	The surprise. Eating more, in macros, and still losing.
23.8 – 27.5	The close. Your line, your sign-off. No CTA, per your note on the carousel.

Nothing invented. The only numbers on screen are 180, 160, 20 lbs, 12 weeks, and the two dates off the signs she's holding.
Her voice, not mine. Karlee's quotes are cut down to fit the runtime but never rewritten. The one line I wrote is "These are her words, not mine."
Same brand as the carousel. Same Oswald and Poppins, same palette, same logo files, same M watermark. It's the carousel in motion, not a new look.
No text ever sits on text. Each card's copy holds until the cut, then the next card's copy rises in. Nothing overlaps.
No audio. It reads silent, so any trending sound will fit without fighting a voiceover.
